Feature Highlight - The County Map

The New York State Historic Newspapers project works to make the research process as easy as possible. One of the most requested features is the ability to quickly search by county. The easiest way to do this is by using the County Map. The map displays in dark grey any county that contains newspaper content. By clicking a county the user is taken to a page that contains a county search interface and an alphabetical list of titles within that county. The project anticipates that there will be newspaper content from every county in the state by the end of the year.
